No allowance has been set for you yet, so there is nothing to count down from. Booking still works and still reaches Punched — ask your manager to set the number of days when they get a moment.

Your record is yours to keep. The download is a spreadsheet of every leave row held about you, including anything a manager recorded on your behalf. If something in it is wrong, tell your manager and it can be corrected.

Access requests

Someone has asked for a person to see more people's leave, or to read sick reasons. Sick reasons are health data: approve only if their job genuinely needs it. Approval lasts 12 months.

Leave year

Remaining is allowance + carried over + adjustment − taken − booked. Pending requests are shown but not deducted until someone approves them, and only types that come off the allowance count at all — sick leave never does.

Changing the start month changes every balance on this page: leave year 2026 means January to December today, and April 2026 to March 2027 if you set it to April.

Who’s off

How this data is handled. Fullers Logistics records leave to run the rota, pay you correctly and meet its employment obligations. Sickness records are health data and are treated as such: your manager and the HR-authorised approvers for your site can see that you were off and why, and every time somebody reads a recorded reason it is logged against their name. Nobody else sees it, and reasons are never sent out by email. You can download everything held about you from the My leave tab. To correct something, or to ask who has accessed your record, speak to your manager or contact IT.
